As undiplomatic he is about it, he's right: this comic is basically a sexy version of Kick-Ass and she is no Hit-Girl. For all she as accomplished as a superhero, she would be better off getting a good tabletop superhero RPG like Champions and playing that for the action.

Ok as much of a dick that he is with the neck grab I think here he is trying to scare her out of doing this vigilante for her safety or he would feel guilty if something happened to her. OR he could just be a dick, But that's just a theory, a Night Terror theory.

I have the vibe of some Batgirl comics. She's wants to help and usually pays a hefty price for it. (really don't like that part) Some Batgirls live long enough to find their own way. And here we have almost the same situation. He has right in every point. But is he a cruel person? No, he just wants to protect everybody. Including her. However, Night Terror misses one point. She was here before him. Background network: equal. They meet again at every time she wants.
