August Update! Commissions, Health, and General News (Patreon)

Evening, all!

Firstly, I'd like to welcome the new folks we've had sign up this month! Thanks for signing up to join in on the fun :) I'm excited to interact with you folks, and to build these great stories together!

As some of you know, I've been having health issues the last few months. I was diagnosed with Polycythemia, and as we continue to eliminate issues that we know it isn't, it appears more and more that I've mutated into having Polycythemia Vera, which is blood cancer. We still don't know for certain, and I'm meeting with the doctors again to hopefully run a genetic test to finally have it all worked out, but I've been told this is the likeliest outcome.

I will keep you updated on this as things proceed, but again I'd like to thank you folks for your support during this time. It's been exceptionally stressful, especially with all of these damned bills, but you folks continue to alleviate the stress on my mind and keep me grounded and able to write. I can't say how much that means to me. 

In other, happier news, Reflection Behind the Door has received outstanding praise from the Beta readers! BWS and I are working on getting the pic done so we can do a full release, which I'm very excited about! I've been working on the next bit as well, which involves Zelda and a certain fan-favorite bar maid ^-^ Pheobe and Zelda will also be getting more art, which was the winner of a previous Patrons' Prompt! Please look forward to this.

Filling Out the Frontline has also received a lot of praise. Chapter 11 saw us end with a huge cliffhanger, and I'm happy that so many folks are excited as we come near the end of Arc 1!

I'm also working on a few secret projects. One is a huge story related one, and another will be adding features for all of our users! It's taking a lot of time and effort to put everything together, but I know it's going to add some good fun for folks! Hopefully it'll make it easier to post direct feedback and to work together!

Finally, I'd like to reiterate that I am not currently taking on any new commissions. I took on too many when I had my list open last, and am still working through that list while keeping up with Patrons' Prompts and my personal series. I'm very grateful to the folks who've been so patient with the slow-going list, and will be working hard to try and narrow that further and get folks the stories they deserve!
