jinkies! i figured it'd be too much work to do the whole Scanty animation in just a couple days before i leave for a week holiday, so instead i decided i'd use the few days to do a smaller animation of Velma instead of just an image, as she was the runnerup from last poll. her design moreso based on the Scoob! one.
