Release 13 Version 4.1 a.k.a. Halloween 2021 Clothing Window Version (Patreon)

Most of the super cool stuff meant to appear in version 5.0 is not ready yet, but we have finished a couple of things, one of which is the Halloween stuff, so here it is!
