Thank You (Patreon)

Hey y'all

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. I know sometimes these kinda posts come off cheesy or not genuine, but I'm really trying to be genuine lol.

I know 2020 has been a hell of a year for all of us. But I can't thank you enough for being here and supporting what I do. 

I try not to get 'personal' much, but that's usually because I figure it's not super interesting lol. But, I'm doing okay. I'm lucky that we haven't been hit super hard, and we've been managing. I haven't been able to work as much as normal since the schools were closed [if you didn't know, I'm a parent, lol] because this stuff isn't something I can do until I get the time alone to work on it. And there's not been a whole lot of that, lately, hah. It's been stressful, it's been hard, but we're still here and still kicking. I hope I can get back to commissions soon, too, but that's a topic for another time.

But, with the lack of commission income, y'all over here at Patreon have meant even more to me, and you already meant a lot. You've been a lifeline. I can't stress enough how much it means to me that you're here. I'm always a little surprised when people like what I do enough to sub here. You're pretty amazing, ngl.
Those of you who are OGs and have been here for ages, thank you so much. Those of you who are newer and liked what you saw enough to join up, thank you so much. I know this can sound like hollow platitudes, but it's not. You've been here for me and I appreciate that more than you know.

And also thank you so much to those who had to drop out or can't sub to patreons but you still like what I do and support me in other ways with likes and RTs and all that. Just knowing people appreciate what I put out helps too, and I wanna thank you for that. You help the serotonin levels a lot, lol, and I know I need every bit of that lately, lmao.

I try to be professional about what I do when people are putting their hard earned money down for it. I hope that's been reflected with my Patreon. I want to consistently put out the content you signed up for every month, do what I set out to do. I figure that's a good way to demonstrate how much I appreciate you, too, because I do take this seriously and I respect you a lot.

I also hope that the content I make either here or twitter has helped in even just the smallest way, to anyone. Whether it's the routine staying the same, or a picture just giving you a little smile sometimes, that's something. Things have been tough enough, and I hope I managed to give y'all a smile [or something else, lmao] at times through it.

So, thank you- genuinely.
One of my favourite quotes is 'when you're going through hell, keep going'. And I'm gonna keep going, keep on being here, keep doing what I do. And I want y'all to keep going, too. You're stronger than you know, I believe that of everyone. And you're proving that to yourself, every day you keep going, even when things are really hard.
