Hello hello!!

I am so sorry for the lack of updates lately :(. I've been having lots of trouble with my manufacturer since they are not accomplishing the dates they gave me on the pins production. The Sonia and Gundham pins were sent to me a while ago (really delayed, as I already said), and I am waiting for them to arrive. All my orders to China are suffering terrible delays due the Covid getting worse on there. The pins had been stuck for more than a week on the  chinese UPS facility, but seems like these started to move yesterday, FINALLY. The parcel is set to be delivered to me next Tuesday, so I am patiently waiting for it.

I also asked about the April (Komaru) pins and these are expected to be sent next week. But with the current delays I am not expecting them sooner than 2 weeks.

I will be asking for updates on the Miu one next week as well, to be able to show the sample photo.

Also, I know I haven't sent the mobile phone wallpaper rewards, but please give me a couple of days to fix that, I am really struggling with everything :(

At this point, as I've already said this delays are really stressing me and making me feel really anxious , guilty and  bad. So I totally understand if someone is feeling uncomfortable because of the lack of pins and updates, thats why I wanted to apologize once again. I am truly sorry because of this. I will try to solve this by placing more pins orders at once, but because of the China situation I am not sure if that will solve that problem.

And that's all for now, I am truly sorry because of that.

Totally understand. I'm just glad you do update us! Other artists have ghosted their followers when things haven't gone right.. So again, we understand you're gonna feel this way. Trying to get things done monthly when things in China are delayed so much, we get it and don't blame you at all. 💗❤️‍🩹 I'm a very patient customer as long as updates are being shared and I love your designs and artwork. There's no way I'd wanna miss out! 😄 Hope they arrive to you soon and you can de-stress. Take care ☺️🥰

It's 100% not your fault! Please take the time to rest and take care of yourself. All of us are happy to wait as long as it takes. I'm a patient customer and am happy just to get it when I get it. I figured you were working on it the best you could but this situation is out of your hands it seems with delays. Please take the time to take care of yourself as you've been busy with cons and such lately. Your work is worth the wait!
