I suffer from Seasonal effective disorder, so I absolutely despise the months February through April. In March of 2011 I hit a patch of black ice while driving my son to school. It was on the downward slope of a steep grade and I ended up spinning the car sideways. I hit the curb and if it weren't for the snow plow moving a landscaping rock to the opposite side of the parking island, I would have rolled over.

Feeling terrible and having low self esteem, I did the worst thing I could do.

I googled myself.

And found a vicious scathing review of Bridgette's Belly.

The criticism bit hard, and worse yet. Some of it was true. The lines in this comic are directly a response to the critic and the truth in some points made.

OH and if you look close at the booth in the foreground in panel two, you can see the top of the head of Aziz's Mother.

Thats how far ahead I planned that plot point.

so there

and the moral is, don't google yourself.
