Almost two years ago, I put up two sheets of 95" turquoise pegboard in my bedroom, unbeknownst to my landlord.

It's where I assembled the googly eye shirt. It's the where I shared my health diagnosis with you and where I read all the letters you sent me. I sat in front of this pegboard for hours watching a robot make 2,000 holiday cards. It's also where I almost lost a finger to a manicure robot and made a robot that serves you beer.

I might have been the one who put the pegboard up there (after Scott and his mom hauled it up the stairs, long story) but you were the ones who kept it up on the wall. And so it only feels right that, as I retire my workbench and move to the new workshop, that parts of it should go to you.

We have cut up around 300 pieces that we’re ready to send out. Leave a comment below if you want one, so that we can draw names at random from there!

I always talk about wanting to share my workspace with you - here’s that in the most literal way possible. I don’t know if you’ll find any good use for it, but if you do, pop up a photo on Instagram with #PieceOfPegboard so that I can see it!

XOXO
Simone

PS. Just a reminder to triple check your address on here so Scott can mail them to you. Every so often, we get something returned because the address is inaccurate. And then it just looks like we're sending ourselves gifts. Which is weird. But something we're definitely not above.
