Power plug necklace (Patreon)

I've spent the Thanksgiving weekend making like a crazy person. I get into this mode where I just run around my house getting all kinds of small things done. I've put up shelves, replanted every goddamn plant in my house, made a sunglasses holder of an old utility tester etc etc etc.

3D printed ledge

It was just this vintage piece of electronics that I printed a ledge for so I could put my sunglasses on it. BTW did I ever show you the comb coat hanger I made like a year ago? I think I might have forgotten about it. It's the yellow weird-looking thing in the first photo. Just a few layers of laser cut plywood that I painted yellow. I call it welcomb, because life is more fun with silly names for stuff.

But that's not what I was going to show you! It's this necklace that I've been prototyping. I think I must have 3D printed about a dozen different versions of it now.

It's a power plug! The idea is that you open and close the necklace with the plug. I want the final version to be cast metal with a magnet that keeps it together, but just been trying to find the right look/size for it. It's taken a while but now I'm finally at a place I like. The final version might be a bit smaller, but other than that I'm pretty happy with it!

I'm working on getting the necklace manufactured into merchandise. AND A BUNCH OF OTHER STUFF TOO! So so so excited about it. LMK if there's any merch you'd like to see. Or if you have feedback on the necklace!
