Update 0.24 (Patreon)

 A small note before the update.

It’s version 0.24. I've been working on this project for two years already. At first it didn’t have any sprites and the backgrounds were well… we still have some temporary backgrounds, so it doesn’t need any explanation. I'm really happy that Zoroj and Gavel are helping me with this, thanks to them the game looks much better. 

I wanted to thank you all for supporting me. To be honest I didn't expect this to get that much attention and to become so popular. It's kinda overwhelming and sometimes I have a hard time to keep up with everything. There's always a pressure I'm not going to do enough during the month. I know some months are worse in regards to content, but it depends on many circumstances and I can't promise I'm going to deliver a huge update every month (But I will definitely try!). No matter what I'm still trying to come up with something each month, sometimes it just ends up being less than usual. 

I appreciate your patience, feedback and support, it gives me motivation to work harder and keep going.

What I have in mind for the future? 

• More story obviously. While there's still lewd stuff, I really want to put some more story-wise content. And I can only hope people won't mind that ^^' 
• More furry races (As they are going to be on the island, Tao mentioned some of the possibilities) and more fantasy races (which was mentioned by Dulrig).
• Relation screen changes - it's working, but it could be much better. I also want to include a log like event log to all the characters, so it's easier to go with their romance paths.
• There will be an apocalyptic update at some point that will most likely force everyone to start from the beginning (Sorry!). I will have to make a lot of changes in the mechanics and variables and old save won't update everything. It includes for example icons for the items.
• Music.
• I promise I will get that proofreader. I already had some offers, but because of how I was working on the project it was hard to send the files (The text mixed with code, it was quite confusing). I changed my method recently, so it should be easier. Besides...
• I need to work on improving the beginning of the game. It was made two years ago, so it's kinda awkward right now. It could really need some polish. So checking that part by proofreader wouldn't make much sense, as I know I will be rewriting at least part of it anyway.
• And more (There's always more, right?)

PART 1: CONTENT

New Item/Recipe:

• Blinding Bomb (Gives ‘blind’ status which lowers the chance to hit the target)

Bareshade:

• Shop improvement (One of the three picked during the third date, second one available after watching fireworks with Bernard)
• Fair: additional content (Fireworks – you can watch them with Bernard, Rose or Logan, but only if you heave one heart with him)
• Logan (Normal Route – Fair event, there is good and bad outcome so be careful with what dialogues you pick. Bottom Route – Hookup with Korg)
• Caleb (New conversation)
• New repeatable quest for Blake (Req: muscle ointment in the inventory)

Northcrest Marketplace:

• Commander appearance (During the day, when entering marketplace. Req: Dulrig quest done)
• Armory (New conversation + Quest after seeing Commander)
• Apothecary (New conversations + New quests)
• Warehouse meeting (Between 22:00 and 5:00, after unlocking Commander in the Outpost)

Battlefield:

• Orc encounter: alternative scene (Req: High reputation, bottom players)
• Two orcs (Req: High rep, bottom players)
• Orc & Soldier fight: alternative scene (top/vers players)

Northcrest Outpost:

• Commander (Unlocked after helping Dulrig)

Ruin:

• Lizard’s Treasure (Continuation of the nightmare event – this one is now added to the event log. Previous dialogue with Roushk about nightmare is slightly changed. There are three ways to deal with it – best, good and bad. For best solution you need to have at least 125 like with the lizards: Roushk, Othra, Rhot, Grushk)
• Rouhsk (When approaching – after treasure event, only in best/good solution)
• Rhot (When approaching – after treasure event, only in best solution)

Home:

• Small gift (Some coins and items for your journey)

PART 2: GUEST WRITERS CONTENT

Arion:

• First date (Req: One heart)
• Arion extra wash will now be available for players who previously have chosen to help him avoid the bath.

Hayden:

• Take a walk (Req: One heart)

Xeroth: (Done by Athos)

• Invite to the fair
• Love potion (Req: At least 20 like)

Scrap (Done by Dylan):

• Scrap in trouble (Chance to happen when visiting him, after treasure and book conversation done)
• Feeding Scrap: orange can be used

PART 3: VISUAL ASPECTS

PART 4: BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

• Quest log icon is moved from profile screen to the main screen (Next to profile, bag and equip buttons. I noticed a lot of people missed that the quest log actually existed and it can help you to follow the most important events in game. Also it records your decision in certain important moments.)
• Some minor fixes here and there
