Michaela, Michaela (Patreon)

I'm not sure if there is the demand for Michaela as much as there was a few months ago, but I thought it was about time she made another appearance in a new scene. This is a couple of ideas I have come up with. Michaela the GP who is about to give Mark a medical like he has never had before and Michaela the Mechanic who does her best to fix James's bike and finds other ways for him to pay her.
