New rules for 20 and 60$ tiers (Patreon)

As you can notice, in the last monthly sketches pack more then half of the patron sketches are OCes (Original Characters). I don't have anything against OC or people asking to draw them, one of my most famous picture have Aidenkes characters. But they bring some small   inconveniences with them (they tend to repeat every month, need more care and attention, sometimes have little or no references and etc.) It was bearable when they were in small doses, but annoyances when they became majority. 

I could make some complicated rules restricting them, but that would be uncomfortable and unfair, so instead i go with simple solution:

Starting from 2020, all OCes are not accepted as sketches. For December I still gonna draw them, since patrons already were charged for this month.

This rules does not affect something like "some blonde girl" or any other random character.
