I will need one or two more days of this. One piece characters are actually pretty dang challenging to draw ._.

Wonder how oda does it

So its not actually a complicated thing in how the mangkia draw their characters, they actually use a common technique for "frames" or repetitive body shapes, usually between male and female characters as a common deal to make a minor simplification in how they look at base. Look at the men of DBZ, Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, despite height differences, they have the same overall "frame" Another is Hiro Mashima with Fairy Tail, many of the male and females have similar body types in their respective ways. Oda does this at base with his characters, Luffy (when not using his power) Zoro, Sanji, and Ussop really have similar frames. Look at Nami and Robin as well, similar designs. Of course then you have non-human and non-proportional characters like Chopper, Franky, Brooke, Jimbe, anyone that doesnt have normal propertions between say their head or their limbs, Luffy is dealt this with his powers but then you have say, bigger head vs tiny body kind of as an example. Hiro Mashima does this with others in his own like Happy, Ichyia, Elfman etc. Its a simplification tech mangkia have used for years, rather than draw every last character as a unique build, this is a speed aspect to keep drawing down and simple.

I think the hard part about this is that you chose invankov to be the primary figure with his chiseled head
