Meh don't think it's matters both look fine.

I think that option A would work better if the inventory is filled with items, in my opinion it's a bit faster to identify what is what.

i think b is better if the number of different items stays low otherwise a

If you're only planing on those items B. is good but A. gives you more flexibility if you make a new item later.
