As a developer sometimes unexpected things can happen when you are developing an app so I completely understand if that is the reason why you are late however it is more professional if you can post an update explaining the reason why you posting the new version of the game late Trust me nobody will say no, in fact, they will respect and cheer you on to keep going. All I can do now is wish you the best of luck and keep going.
