Aw, that is so very sad. I was seeing him as: The viewer and him are old buddies who have been through a lot over the years. Finally, in a heartfelt moment, the viewer confesses his admiration of the tiger and turns away accepting that his words would be rejected. Instead, the tiger comes in, tears welling up, "I have felt the same for all these years". The moment this happens, the sound deadens and it is just them, the look, and love.
