As you can see the older version was darker, I still like it but I want to add more contrast with the sky on this new version.

You did him some absolute justice thank you for re-posting it. I'm surprised they got so strict, Johnny is a young adult probably 18 years old but he doesn't do school, he's not sent to a foster home when his dad is arrested, legally he's an adult. So weird Patreon was picky about it :)

Probably a malicious troll insisted so much that time. I remember a guy really angry at me, I still receive some hate comments and messages because I use Patreon and the "paywall" content.

I am fine with this system, people who find your artwork is really worth it will pay you for the work you put into it. You have some of the most amazing stuff out there, don't pay attention to the trolls who'd rather tell you what you're worth.
