This is such a great movie. So much testosterone flying around here!💪 Muscle men running around the jungle with rifles the size of a small child! 🤣 I love it. I'm with you Magy.. shooting at the jungle was such a waste of ammo.🙄(but it looked f*cking awesome!!!!). Great movie, great reaction. Thank you Magy❤️

Great reaction Magy, the soundtrack was from Alan Silvestri who did the Avengers music. I think Predator 2 (1990) is great, definitely react to that as well. Alien vs Predator (2004) is ok kinda fun adds a lot of lore personally I think would be a good react. Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) is a sequel to Aliens vs. Predator. Predators (2010) is probably the third best Predator after Predator 2. The Predator (2018) just plain sucked, 😄

That was great Magy. Had not seen this in such a long time. Glad you enjoyed some classic Arnie 80’s action. With regards to reacting to the sequels as you mentioned in your summation. To be honest I’d probably not bother if I were you. Some are ok but some are not that great. You’ll probably see differing opinions on this much like the Alien movies you’ve seen. A poll would be a good idea. If you do happen to react to any of the sequels I’ll still check them out but only because you’re reactions are always great no matter how good or bad the movie.

That is what's great about this movie it starts as a typical 80's action movie with one-liners and then gets flipped into a alien man hunt movie.

Howdy Magster! I finished the reaction and I had a blast rewatching this movie with you! It brought back a lot of the joy I felt when I first watched it, but this time through your eyes, so thank you for that! Yeah, I think you should definitely watch Predator 2, it’s another great action movie! As for the other movies in both franchises.. Personally, I find joy in all of them, even though some of the movies are not as well received by some people. But they continue the stories of the characters… you learn more about Ripley’s story in the next two Alien movies. You know more about the Aliens in Prometheus and Alien: Covenant. And after Predator 2… the two franchises meet in the Aliens vs Predators movies, before it goes back to finish with Predators(2010) and The Predator (2018). So it’s really up to you how far the rabbit hole you want to go and what stories you want to continue to explore. But I definitely think Predator 2 is a must.

The personality and "Magy energy" you bring to these reactions is just so unique. That bit at the end "Come on, it's not over, get up!" Magy for Life Coach :D You must be the only person in the world who didn't know Arnold Schwarzenegger was in this movie before you watched it haha! When the Predator grabs him and looks at him really close up... I've heard that's connected with what the Predator says back to him at the end ("What the hell are you...") The Predator can't believe Dutch is human, because all the humans he's hunted so far have died in seconds. Oh, you're right about the mud as well. It wouldn't quite work that way in reality, but in this movie logic/science the layer of mud over his body is suppressing his body temperature enough so the Predator's thermal vision can't seem to pick him up. This movie is definitely like a horror movie, like Aliens is - though I see it more like a slasher movie. The main difference being, in most slasher movies, the victims are a bunch of drunken idiotic teenagers. In this movie, they're the baddest dudes on planet earth - so it's even more terrifying when we see them just getting wiped out, and starting to fall apart. Some fun facts: This movie was directed by John McTiernan, who also directed Die Hard. Dillon was played by Carl Weathers - you've seen him as Greef Karga, running the bounty hunter guild in the Mandalorian. Hawkins was played by Shane Black, who directed Iron Man 3. Agree with the above as well, Predator 2 isn't as good as this movie, but it's still quite cool to watch and brings something new to the table. As for all the other Alien/Predator stuff, like I said at the top, I'm here for the Magy, the movie doesn't matter as much to me - so do what you feel like :D

Predator 2 is better than Alien 3 and onward, also AVP in my opinion. No Arnold, but it's fun and reveals more about the Predator race. Would be great if you check that one out for the channel.

Interesting, I’m looking forward to this one! I love Predator. Predator 2 is great as well but a totally different type of movie. None of the ones after that are worth watching, although I actually liked Alien vs. Predator a lot, but I’m apparently in the minority on that one.

I'm always a little surprised no reaction has noticed that Billy is an Indian, feathers not dots lol a Native American. The medicine bag gives it away, as well as his final suicidal stand against the Predator, a true warrior would rather face what he fears most and die, than run. Also the actor who played Billy was actually a Native American, Cherokee and Seminole, and apparently also a little Jewish, it's a small world after all.

Carl Weathers, the actor who played "Dillon" if you want to see more of him, you shoulf watch Rocky with Silvester Stallone. The Rocky movies, are so motivational, and its more of a love story than a boxing film. Also the terminator movies are very fun watched with Arnold.
