The first poll ended and I have sent messages to the winners. While waiting for them to answer let's do the second poll. Here are the minimum dimensions for the pictures:
1 - from 1650x2045px.
2 - from 2048x1800px.
3 - from 2048x965px.
Actually, it's not a big problem if your image will be in lower resolution or in different aspect ratio. I will try to upscale it or just resize those wall pictures to meet your image properties.
And in case someone will choose to just have their sign/name there I have started making my own pics. I have the ideas, but the implementation is lame...
So, are you participating?

Perhaps a silly question, but does their world have color printing yet? Sometimes the composition of pictures/art will change if the result will be black and white. You also mentioned a list of potential subjects, do you prefer any of them as subjects interesting enough to Haen to hang on her wall?

Sorry if I'm failed to understand, but do you mean chromolithography? I'm trying to base the concept on 19th century. And there were already some kind of color printing, but it was not too common thing, I guess. So except hand painted pictures everything else were black and white. Pics I'm want to make actually have pretty homogeneous palette. Mostly grayish.
