A (Form) Fitting Punishment (Patreon)

OK, OK, enough blubbering-- let's have some fun:

Imagine you're taking a walk through the park, enjoying the summer warmth, when you happen to behold the following:

Of course, as a fine, upstanding, law abiding citizen, you cannot allow this affront to common decency and community standards... just who does this shameless little hussy think she is, anyway?! Obviously, punishment must be pending-- but what kind of punishment is most fitting?

1. Pull her over your knee on the nearest bench and spank her, first on the seat of her pants, then on her bare bottom 

2. Shoot her in the butt with an experimental laxative dart, then sit back and watch the fireworks
