Which Idea Do You Like Best? (Patreon)

Hi guys,
Which of the following ideas would you most like to see turned into a story? I think I've got a spot in my writing schedule opening up soon and I wanted to test the water and see what you'd like to check out at some point in the future (keep in mind it will probably be a while before this story actually debuts):

Stepsisters: Beautiful cheerleader Jessica is horrified to discover her new stepsister is an adult baby who still dresses like an overgrown toddler... complete with big-girl sized pampers! Frustrated by the way her mom dotes over her new sibling, Jessica and her friends never miss an opportunity to tease and torment the girl. But when her mocking and pranks go too far, what will Jessica's punishment be?

San Bambina: A crusading reporter gets the opportunity to do an expose on San Bambina- a country where women never grow up, living as babies and only attaining the status of an adult after they’re married with children! Our heroine intends to do a report revealing the conditions in the country to the world... only to be caught and sentenced to adoption! Stuck living as an Adult Baby, her only hope for escape is writing propaganda laden reports back to the US.

The Diapernomicon: Centuries ago in a distant land,  the truth was revealed to an ancient mystic under the influence of beings from beyond the veil -- most women are nothing but overgrown children and need to be treated as such! They imparted to him the means of re-asserting this forgotten, universal truth, which he compiled into a tome whose name is spoken of in whispers throughout the world...  The Diapernomicon! Lost for centuries, it turns up in the hands of an ordinary, modern Joe who is soon using it like a pro... and life for his nagging wife, his bitchy boss, even his obnoxious sister will never be the same again! But what consequences will his actions have on the world at large?

Babe Academy: St. Babette’s Academy for Troubled Young Women (or Babe Academy, as it’s residents refer to it) is the place where the richest, most powerful families in the world send their wild and beautiful daughters to prevent a scandal. It’s quiet and secluded, and it’s residents spend most of their time tanning their beautiful bodies by the pool and scheming to smuggle in hot, rich boys from the nearby town than doing any actual school work. They’re in for a big surprise when a new headmistress arrives with a new doctor in tow. These two sadistic beauties have a radical plan for the school-- with chemistry and hypnosis, they’re going to transform the residents into giant babies... and the campus into a nursery for adults! When the students get wind of the plot, they work to turn the tables-- can they thwart the headmistress or will they all wind up a bunch of soggy diaper girls?
