Did I ever tell you guys that she's Basil's (From Dungeon Item Shop) sister? Well she is. Tulsi is Basil.

Jizalia and Basil both have bad eyesight, it runs in the family. And you might recall Jizalia, whose name we will not be talking about at length, had an introduction to the story being tied to a plant with the properties [Sensual][Ambrosial], which, uh, ties in to Basil for other reasons that we also won't be talking about.

More directly, Tulsi, of course, being a word that literally means 'Holy Basil' =)
