This patch finishes up the item-restraint system introduced a few patches ago. Equipped items can now be used for non-restraining grabs. AI will now pick up dropped items and exhibition opponents may spawn with randomized items that they knows how to use.

Secondly,  I added a grab and outfit unlocking system. Not all grabs and outfits are available at start of the game anymore and they need to be unlocked. There are two ways of doing this: after each match, there is a 100% chance to unlock a piece of outfit or grab that the opponent is using/wearing that you haven't unlocked yet. Or you can unlocked them in dresser/h-lab by paying 100 credits each.

Some other misc stuff:

Reduced the voice sound volume as it was too loud and added a separate voice sound volume slider under options.

Added missing "Advanced" opponent skill level exhibition settings plus new 2v2 match type setting.

Added a whole bunch new dialogue triggers for dialogue customization.

Changed the previously only Signature Finisher defeatable characters to "Takes less damage at low health" instead to enable brute forcing those opponents for players that missed the memo.

  • "Physique" levelup HP bonus to 10% from 20%
  • "Stubborn" levelup stagger defense bonus to 10% from 20%
  • "Stunning Strikes" level up stagger power bonus to 20% from 30%
  • "Slugger Focus" level up stagger defense defense to 30% from 50%, now reduces action speed by 20% instead of increasing damage taken, no longer give stagger power bonus
  • Fixed grab-resist animations not played 
  • Reduced effectiveness of level 3 AI 
  • Grab attackers now uses the climax expression when climaxing 
  • Only the attack button does the grab HOLD action now to prevent switching into a grab triggering unwanted grab HOLD
  • Changed Signature Finisher defeatable characters to "Takes less damage at low health, finish them with a signature finisher move!" 
  • Made Shop unlock event easier to trigger 
  • Increased the credit cost of level 10+ recruits

Modding:

  • Added GrabData.ignoreOutfitState flag, that if set to true, ignores target outfit state (undressed or not) when checking if grab is applicable on target
  • Added GrabData.transitions.randomTransitions to aid adding animation variations
  • Added GrabData.victim.camera.useSameCameraOffsetAsGrab to set a grab to use the same camera offset as another grab
  • Head models no longer need to match .prereqs.headType with currently selected head model
  • Added .canRun property to .attachEffects.unitModifiers

I spent over $5000. coins paying for moves only to have them show that I never paid for them ?

I paid to unlock it and it worked but after it was unlocked it locked again ?

Yes, once it's unlocked it locks again. Also, the grab rewards that are given after a match don't unlock.
