Website integration fixed (Patreon)

Please everyone that was having issues with the website i reinstalled and reintegrated the patreon plugin to where it should have fixed the issues . Please let me know if works i was trying to avoid mking you guys reset your passwords and i think it worked so if can check and let me know please . Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience . I need to make sure these things are working so that forum and discord can be setup and work right
