I feel so bad for Elizabeth, she's really trying her best and is a genuinely good person, but Seth is just leaving her to clean up his bullshit and it's backfiring, I'm hoping for a moment where Suria and Elizabeth just talk to each other and Elizabeth let's loose and stops being professional and talks about how poorly Seth treats her, she deserves friends and to have a connection with the group. Also very much looking forward to more of the relationship between Elizabeth and Dakota.

I hope this continues by Steg following Suria and calming her down or something like this. Instead of Elizabeth having to "prove" herself. She's there for work. If she wants to open up to them or befriend them on her own, great. But being forced???

I didn't mean to imply that anyone on the bus would demand someone do the things they do. Clearly none of them are like that. I should have proof read my own comment.

What I meant was she seems to admire their free spirit and may want to prove to them that she is more like them Or that she wishes to join them.

On the one hand, Elizabeth was trying to play them. On the other hand, it's her job as the liaison to try to maintain a good relationship, especially when Seth has acted like an enormous shitbird. Both sides have a point here. It's just unfortunate that Elizabeth's stuck cleaning up Seth's mess and is trying to manipulate them instead of just owning up to it.
