Whew, busy day! Our house may be nice inside (despite the severe lack of internet) but the outside is still a mess. The construction crew left a giant pile of garbage out in our yard months back (mostly excess materials, plastic wrapping, damaged parts, etc) so I've been trying to get it into our outside trash can where it belongs. The problem is it's all so jagged and heavy...and our driveway is 1,000 ft. long. Loooong walk to take out the trash. The recent rain has also made our yard a bit of a swamp, so I've been digging up dirt with a shovel and wheelbarrow and have attempted to fill out some of the waterholes that have sunken into our yard. This house is a lot of work!

Fun note: The building Suria & crew are currently driving in front of was me and Leslie's apartment complex in New Orleans! We lived in a converted mayonnaise factory! It was pretty cool, but way too expensive and chaotic and people kept hitting my car in the parking lot. Glad we moved the hell out of there.
