Gaze XII - Happy Friendship Day! (Patreon)

I know it is normally, in English, Valentine's Day, but in Finland it's actually called as Ystävänpäivä which literally means Friend's Day. But when building with friends, you want to build friendships, not friendboats. So.

This is also a formal goodbye to "Island Demo", we won't be visiting that place ever again. The new Skiia was started several months back, and it is built ground up to be bigger, prettier, more fun place, better optimized (in Unity Editor performance is 2-4x compared to old), and actually a place with NPCs you can chat with ^^

Of course, as usually, the changes are going to be incremental; So at first, we're just going to make it fairly equal to the old island (in terms of content), but with a twist. The first NPC you can meet will be in the next build, along with the first pass of the new island of course ^^

This will eventually be Kirhaal, a port city on Skiia, and here you will also meet the first NPC in the game; A Dock Clerk (bureaucracy is definition of love <3). His importance in the game might grow over time, but initially he is the Greeter at dock :3

Also, I've been testing around some clothes, for the Dock Clerk especially (note: This is just a player with clothes, no the actual NPC you'll meet). Don't be afraid, only NPCs will be clothed, and you can choose to wear clothes for yourself and your crew. They're just for decoration ^^

Hareress has been working on unique full act with Dock Clerk, and new threesome clips (initially there won't be threesome full acts, but eventually definitely!). I really like the Dock Clerk act, it's brilliant xD

Drathek is working on noise system (basically prey alert system) and making a transition from Island Demo to the new Skiia (setting up systems, cleaning, fixing issues I've left behind, whoops ^^') and generally helping optimize various systems.

NullBunny has joined the team, I haven't yet updated the front page with a description. They're currently working on conversation system. I don't want to hype it too much, but it's going to be a nice system, flexible, and allows us to mix and match acts and events within conversations <3
