Qwuack! It's time for a small Gaze into the Future.

This month I've been mostly working on the new furry heads (see last two Weekly Gazes!), and this upcoming build, r3.13, building right now, is essentially the last build before furry faelain heads. Tomorrow I'll start replacing the current characters in Hunt and Snare, and that literally means it is not possible to make a new build without them, nor it is possible to make a new build before the transition is complete! 

I'll try to make it quick, and it's possible we'll release a small furry head build with limited content in between the first full build, but it all depends on how quick it is to make everything work with the heads. Optimially it would all be done in couple of weeks, but realistically it's probably in the latter half of the October ^^

Another thing I want for the furry heads build is to redo the current movement controller, while I love how natural it feels, it's not exactly gameplay friendly, and it needs to be a lot more tight before gunplay can be added on. The plan after the furry heads is to add conversations (and the first crew member), and then focus on gunplay itself ^^

Also, starting today, I'll no longer make a custom public build for each release. It is VERY wasteful in terms of time, as I have to plan content and make sure there's enough of it for both Patrons AND the public users. Starting this build, I'll start releasing old Patreon builds to public. I know, I know, essentially that makes Patreon builds less worth the pledges as before, but you will benefit from it too, as I will no longer try to pad up builds with that much filler content just to make sure public users have something to see too, and I can literally, completely, focus on the builds without splitting attention. 

The public builds will be quite a few builds behind and essentially there will only be a new public build, if there has been a new Patron build... basically the same, just less work for me, and less splitting focus from the important work (you) ^^

As for the full acts, they're taking a lot longer to do than I expected, I think we might be overdoing it slightly... ehm... This new one is a smaller one, it only took couple of weeks to do, but we have three others in progress and they're... wild! xD We're still exploring the sweet point, I think this new one is essentially the optimal case, and I think we'll basically turn all the current clips to this kind of full acts (eventually), and then make the deeper, bigger, more interactive, full acts for the crew members. 

Something I'd like to explore, is weaving the crew acts to conversations, so that essentially conversations themselves can go through sex scenes, and allow player to influence acts, for example by going from blowjob to paragla-... I mean, giving player a choice to go from act stage to a different stage with a natural flow, and also ability to "say no" if something doesn't feel good, instead of having weird hard stop warnings thrown with flashing lights. We'll see how it works on practice... I think it will be awesome, and a lot more atmospheric than using menus to choose options ^^

Aaaaalso, this month we went above $900 per month (for a long while), that is awesome! Thank you so very very much for your trust in Hunt and Snare and me! You lovely lovely folks ^^
