I bet he's using deepfakes and to tune it, add some video composition (via Adobe effect or via premieres). But it's really hard work to fine tune it especially on the first work.

I honestly think that the transformation kinda pointless. Because it only change the costume but I think you're still using the same face set. Which remove the point of transformation. Better if you could use different face set thus signify the difference and make the transformation more obvious. Still, appreciate your masking and quite good video composing.
