One thing I have wondered is whether the Demon Lord is unable (if so why?) to corrupt the sword again or that she simply chose not to for the sake of a challenge? Either way I’m not gonna lie I’m still a little salty that the Demon Lord doesn’t have her Dark Sword anymore since Hero’s sword changing along with himself was one of my favorite aspects of part one. Well at least I know she will have a new weapon at some point.

Man these are the best pages for Gilda and her expressiveness, she may not have been a main focus but she has been so damn sweet this whole chapter😏.

Seems like Gilda shows the most cute side fan service humor when she feel bodyshamed by Aria while Hero and Aria is dead serious to each other

Is the gold on Gilda’s right shoulder not supposed to be visible in any way with her WAHOOOO!! panel? Perhaps you decided it shouldn’t be in the coloring (I noticed that detail on her right shoulder was there in the sketch but not here) process since she is raising her right arm high.

Since the sword was linked or bound or whatever to Hero at the time, mayhaps that was enough for it to be caught up in his transformation. Could be that Aria's spell severed their link in the process of purifying it and now Demon Lord is faced with an oil and water problem.

Yeah that is something I thought of. Maybe that Arch Purification attack was so drastic and so strongly linked to the goddess that it allowed the goddess to re evaluate the sword there by breaking the Hero’s connection to the sword and making re corrupting it impossible. Hopefully the Demon lord’s next weapon will be cool🙂and a worthy replacement.

There are so many lovely little touches on these pages that it's hard to choose which to point out. I especially like Aria and Gilda's expressions when Demon Lord offers to give up the sword. She just offered a dog a bone, and Aria's antennae glowing serve as good stand-ins for her ears pricking up.

Both of the second bubbles are placed such that the eye wants to read them first. Really hate covering up your amazing artwork, but they could probably do with being moved down and/or over, particularly the one in panel 5.}

Look what (?) {Demon Lord is making a "tsk" kind of face, but either way works.} 27.2.3 What => What a 27.3.1 keep it. Aria? => keep it, Aria? 27.4.3 Aria, I truly enjoyed out fight. Who would have thought facing a Champion of Light could be this exhilarating.
