I saw a lot of follower growth and new patrons while making daily doodles and writing stories so I wanted to put out a poll about what character of mine I should write the next story and make doodles about.

After taking a moment to vote, you might enjoy this little story I wrote about Suzanne trying to find a babysitter for a young Serah which involves letting her roam free on a micro sized planet. I made a couple doodles to go with it. Message me if you would like to see the Serah on Micro planet doodles.

The human race had centuries of ups and downs. From the early hunter-gatherers to the beginning of civilization, life quality steadily increased. Years of technological and medical advancement had helped prolong the life of the population around the world. Forms of government were created and improved until reaching the crown that is representational democracy as we know it today. Trading of goods and services evolved into the fiat system eventually growing into the development of companies and the financial institutions that we trust. The industrial age made the production of food and goods cheaper and easier. Globalization connected the economies of every nation. The digital age connected the populations of every country socially. Life seemed to improve each year as technology enhanced the lives of ordinary citizens.

However, the quality of life started to stagnate as governments tried to keep up with the rapidly advancing technology giving people access to more information and the ability to spread misinformation. The rapid growth of factories, vehicles, and cow farms increased the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere trapping more of the sun's heat which increased the global temperature. It became too hot to grow crops where it used to be moderately temperate. The increase in temperature also increased the severity of the weather leading to more intense typhoons, hurricanes, forest fires, and mudslides. Capitalism had created a massive wealth gap in the population stoking resentment between the haves and have-nots. People were now more aware than ever of the unfairness and injustice in the world. And while the world's superpower nations had a tenuous alliance and lived in relative peace they also stock-piled nuclear weapons. Some countries even developed biological weapons that could decimate parts of the global population. One country "accidentally" released a virus that created a worldwide pandemic for several years. The world as we know it all started to come crashing down when one nation started to invade neighboring territories which made other nations uneasy and condemn the actions. The alliance of nations decided to try and hurt the invading nation economically through sanctions. This in turn affected the global economy's energy markets. Inflation rose, and governments did little to control it. The financial market crumbled. Millions of people were made jobless due to automation. Things were tense. The world was in a precarious position. People began revolting against their corrupt ruling government for lying in bed with the richest 1 percent of people. People simply couldn't afford food to eat or gas to heat their homes and they were marching in the streets. Governments tried the control the populace with force and riot police. The richest parts of the population toyed with the idea of fleeing to underground bunkers or flying into space to start colonizing another planet. Civilization had reached its apex and was now in a death spiral. Life was about to change drastically but not for the reasons stated above. But because a witch couldn't find a babysitter for her 5-year-old daughter.

Suzanne had just been called by the mental hospital. One of her patients was having a psychotic episode and she was needed for an emergency emotional shrinking. She needed a babysitter for only 2 or 3 hours. She had called all her friends that had teenage daughters that could babysit her daughter. They were all unavailable or busy that weekend. She didn't want to trust a human with her daughter knowing that Serah could have another accident and another human would be shrunken in their home and probably eaten by a spider or cat. She didn't want to shrink her own daughter as that had its own set of problems with Serah throwing temper tantrums in her purse. She flipped through a magic tome and came across a possible solution. A pocket dimension.

Suzanne could keep Serah in a pocket dimension while she took care of her patient. In the pocket dimension, time would move much slower, so Serah would only be alone for about 10 minutes while Suzanne could go to work. All Suzanne needed to do was find a planet with a similar atmosphere and Serah would be able to breathe as well. It would be like a little playground for her. And anything on the planet would be too small to hurt her. It seemed like the pocket dimension was a perfect solution to her babysitter problem.

Suzanne went into Serahs room where she was playing with her dolls and toy cars. She explained she would be dropping Serah off on a special playground. Serah excitedly jumped up and down, her pigtails bouncing with each step at the thought of going to a playground. Suzanne started drawing an oval on the floor with her finger while chanting the spell needed to create the portal to the pocket dimension. When she closed the circle, the shape on the floor lit up with a black and purple aura. Serah's eyes widened at the pretty lights and deep dark blackness.

I'll only be gone for 10 minutes ok? Suzanne reassured her daughter as she picked her up, hugged and kissed her, and lowered her into the black and purple portal.

Meanwhile, On the previously described world, a new day had dawned and the news cycle had already reported several atrocities that were happening currently. Foreign armies were targeting populated civilian centers, shelling them leading to the death of women and children. A tidal wave was approaching a populated coastal city, but probably the strangest news was the appearance of 2 large towers falling from the sky and crushing many small cities. People from neighboring states saw the towers from miles away. Pale blue and wrinkled as they each stood atop a round pink and white base. The bases of the towers had a large heart shape and white tendrils drooping over the side. Then one tower lifted up slightly and dropped down a bit forward in front of itself before the other tower did the same. Although hard to make out, the towers reached into the heavens, and past the clouds, one could see hands, arms, and a bespectacled face filled with wonder. Serah had arrived in the pocket dimension.

Serahs pink and white shoes were about 500 miles long. With each step, she could crush a city the size of Nashville. Serah's face was in the clouds at about 2604 miles in the air, about a third of the total atmosphere. She could walk around the equator of the planet in about 12 steps. This planet was to be her playground, and she was mystified by it. She leaned down to get a better look at the ground, each knee leveling mountain ranges. The people of the cities screamed in horror as the giant face of the girl got closer and closer. Her cheesy breath from the goldfish snacks she was eating earlier wafted over the landscape. She squinted as she could barely make out the details of the buildings cars and people running for their life. The squares of the city blocks looked like buttons to push or board game squares. Curiously, she poked at the grey squares with her finger, leveling neighborhoods and business districts.

The country Serah was currently decimating was known for having one of the most advanced militaries in the world. The generals began scrambling jets from the nearest air force bases. The jets launched air to surface missiles that would shred through the armor of a tank at the gigantic girl. Most of them had a minimal effect as they left minor scratches on the denim of her overalls. The few that made contact with her arms and face felt like nothing more than a bug crawling across her skin. Any jet that got too close was swatted out of the sky by her hand or one of her pigtails. Something enormous then crashed onto the city, rolled over, and slid across the landscape. It was a toy car that fell out of Serah's front pocket of her overalls. She noticed it and picked it upright and drove it over the landscape with her hand. The plastic wheels of the car rolled over the fields and suburbs multiple times, leveling them with each pass. Serah made car horn and tire screeching noises as she played with the toy. She tried to zoom the car across as fast as she could, creating a massive gust comparable to a hurricane. The car left her hand and went into the ocean, sending a tidal wave toward a continent on the opposite side of the ocean. Serah got up and went to the ocean to retrieve her toy. She stepped into the ocean, and even though it had a depth of 3 miles, the water level barely reached over the white border of the bottom of her shoes. The water displaced by her steps flooded the coasts of every continent bordering the ocean. After retrieving her toy car, she put it back into her pocket and decided the jump and splash in the puddle that was the largest ocean on the planet. Her jumping caused shockwave after Shockwave, the earthquakes being felt all throughout the eastern hemisphere.

When Serah started walking into the ocean, some of the nations that had nuclear weapons decided that would be the best time to use them as the nuclear weapons would cause the least amount of casualties. While Serah was splashing around in the ocean, submarines approached and launched 2 nuclear warheads toward her. While these nuclear warheads caused explosions that were several miles wide, they had very little effect on the gigantic girl. Realizing that their strongest weapons could do nothing against this planetary threat, the world's leaders and richest populations resigned to hiding in underground bunkers. Serah started walking again coming to another continent and casually strolled across the landscape, her massive shoes crushing ancient cultural sites and historical cities. Eventually, she couldn't see the ground anymore because the sun was on the other side of the planet. Realizing that she was in the dark she quickly started running toward the flicker of light on the horizon. Serah admired the stars and drew in the dirt for a few minutes before feeling a bit alone. She had had her fun but was now bored and wondered when her mom was going to come back. She didn't have to wait for very long as Mama Suzanne stepped through a portal foot first and landed nearby to Serah. Serah excitedly got up, ran, and hugged her mom, thankful that she didn't have to be alone on the micro planet anymore. Did you have fun asked Suzanne, and Serah nodded. Relieved that nothing tragic had happened to her daughter, Suzanne picked her up and climbed through the portal above her back to her dimension leaving the micro planet to stew in the destruction caused by Serah. Serah's little stay which lasted about 8 minutes, forever changed the topography and ocean map of the planet. The devastation wreaked by her careless stroll would spell out the death of hundreds of millions of people. The atmosphere now filled with dust kicked up from her stomping and jumping would block the necessary sunlight for the plant life on the planet ultimately leading to the doom of the human race.
