* Removed the quick offset search phase for points since we could miss by a step or two the stable frequency.
* The frequency ramp-up steps for VRAM and CORE have been changed. They became more fine-grained, more accurate result.
* Pause/Resume function has been redesigned for better diagnostic stability.
* Fixed description of some functions, removed unnecessary information from the log.
* A number of improvements for stability and accuracy of CPU and GPU diagnostics.
* The diagnostics settings have basic PBO limits for better thermal state of the processor during diagnostics.
* Fixed a rare bug of getting into an infinite playback loop in the log of information about diagnostics being completed.
* Changed some HYDRID OC parameters "HOC mode" for better stability and easier understanding (e.g. GAME offset now works in MHz mode instead of CO).
