One of the things that has taken a huge amount of effort this month - suspend/resume technology. This technology with special settings is working wonders. Allows you to test situations of inactivity of cores to load and vice versa. Idle <-> SSE, idle <-> AVX and so on.

According to my observations it has seriously affected the results obtained. Special thanks to @a3a3e11o for his help and a number of open ones in this direction.

Adding suspend/resume entailed reworking the tests and most of the algorithms, including profile creation. I also added a test, which allows you to check the stability of the 1T-4T profile during diagnostics.

Due attention is paid to the new diagnostic settings for Zen 3 and especially Zen 4. There are several default configurations for Zen 4, which will be offered depending on which AGESA you use. This is a headache for me and a headache for you. Brief explanation: AGESA 1.0.0.4+ has added some limits for AVX, AVX2 and AVX512 performance, so in the reviews you saw superiority and now the harsh reality begins.  HYBRID OC is able to bypass any limitations, but I need to adapt it to each AGESA and each processor. It is a huge amount of time and it is a brake on the development of new modules and technologies.

Also this month, HYDRA switched to an updated management interface for AMD RX graphics cards - AdlX. It is primarily used for the RX 7000 family. From the shortcomings - it is slow and it lacks any additional control options for the new video cards. There are no unlocks for RX 7000 at the moment as well. My opinion - AMD has taken it as a rule to spit on enthusiasts.
