During the day I have received a lot of letters from you and most of the problems you wrote about have already been fixed in this update. I will be sure to respond to all of them in the next few days.  If there were no CTR experts, I'd probably commit suicide :)

Please note this is the second release and it is also an alpha version. In the PDF document there is information about the features that I have not yet had time to do. There is a huge amount of content planned for next month and in particular the 1T-6T-8T-12T-16T profiles.

No new diagnostics are required, just replace the .exe to update.

What's new?

* Fix "+" and "-" buttons for 1 CCD cpu's

* High temperature during the creation of the game profile, fixed

* APIC ID detection function has been updated, fixing relevant errors with exceptions

* HYBRID OC recalibration , new rules, improved stability

* CO offset for the game profile. Now you do not need to lower the CO value in the table, do it in "GAME CO negative offset". 1 step - 40 (my recommendation).

* Space is prepared for new settings

* Unable to activate a profile if the voltage is below 1000mV, fixed

* TEMP.ini is no longer deleted if a crash occurs. To continue testing, simply change the lines in Settings.ini :

next 5 hours of waiting… here we go again :))) update: i might be wrong but i believe this time dieg seem to happen faster? Hydra is current on core 8 from 12 now and i started 124min ago. update2: co ccd test on going. no reboot until now. oc values /numbers look different compared to 0.8 version. Test on-going since 3h 25min

During testing, my CPU EDC limit reached 100%. So according to this manual, I should go back into Hydra settings and raise the Max EDC higher, correct? I'd like to know clearly about this.

Am I the only one experiencing huge drops in frequency (CCD1) with 0.9A during CB20 bench? it didn't happen with 0.8A. I did again the diagnostic but same situation. Switching back to 0.8A solved the issue.

Yea, this could also be my issue as well since CCD1 is used for gaming only. I have as good as no performance on CCD1 and i dont know where is this comming from...

This is considered very poor. Your system will have difficulty handling multimedia in real-time and will be subject to unexpected stutters and unresponsive behavior. More info..

In version 0.9 I added a temporary frequency margin to make it easier for users to stabilize the system. You can increase the performance by clicking the plus button (several times) for the first CO table

first version released worked and restored after any crash occurred - gracefully without any issue. On this version i have to start the app myself after a crash...and it happened twice now... Are there any files stored in the app data that we need to clean before running a new version you are releasing Yuri?

If you have enabled the autoloading application it can create conflicts. The diagnostics and the mechanism itself has not changed, only the option to manually start after a crash has been added.

I had issues on day 1 with the first Hydra release but those were my own. I had some incorrect BIOS settings unknowingly. Once those were corrected, Hydra ran through the OC setting diagnostic fine and I never experienced a crash. I test with games, with CPU folding@Home for 24hrs, daily workstation work, seemed to be fairly solid. Currently running diagnostics on 0.9A release and all good so far in the test phase under OC setting. I still can not get the XOC setting to pass the Prime95 portion, temps spike to 95.2 and the test stops. Again this is with what I would consider a decent watercooling setup. Dual 360 rads and a 240. EK D5 pump, EK monoblock on the CPU, flow indicator showing high flow rate, pretty much any other testing stays in the 50-60C range but that one test fails going from 45c immediately to 95c. I have a regular CPU block on my sons 5900X an Optimus so I may try running Hydra on his setup when I can catch some more time.

Memory leakage is only present on custom or corrupted Windows builds.

And this is normal, otherwise it is impossible to perform a blind search. Perhaps it has something to do with the sample processor. Sometimes Prime95 is really blind and doesn't see the error.

Good job .... my 5800X runs just as fast as with CTR RC6 (normal), but much more stable with Hydra 0.9 ... so far no crash or blue screen (19621 Points in Time Spy, 12108 CPU-Points and 22035 GPU-Points ). Thanks

Having issues with some games such as AC:V, Black OPS, Warzone. However, other games do work. It must be an issue with anti-cheat. Also, encountering logging with: PCI-MUTEX holding time has expired!
