Greetings, everyone!

This compilation is not thematically entwined, as I usually make them.

Two songs belong to our towns and streets category, and the other two songs were composed for collaborations that both Michael and I worked on this month. I figured it would be way better to pack all the files in one release, so you could extract them more easily with one download.

Let's begin!

I am changing direction in which I compose music for towns and streets.

From now on, I will write each theme for a specific location that could be found in your fantasy cities, towns, or villages. I absolutely love this idea because at some point, I could create a map with charted locations that have their own music theme. And who knows, I may even create an interactive map sometime in the near future. These songs will also come with short location info for better immersion in your games!

Keep of Remembrance:

Nestled within the bustling streets of the medieval town lies a small yet solemn location: the Keep of Remembrance. Here, people come to pay homage to the fallen ones, to honor their memories and to seek guidance from the spirits of the past. The keep's walls are adorned with intricate carvings and murals, depicting the deeds and sacrifices of the brave warriors who gave their lives to protect their homeland. Despite its small size, the Keep of Remembrance is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices that have been made in the name of duty and honor, and a beacon of hope for those who seek inspiration and guidance from the fallen heroes of the past.

Alley of Forgotten Lore:

Tucked away in the shadowy corners of the bustling city lies a maze-like network of narrow alleys and winding staircases, known only to the most discerning of scholars and bookworms. This is the Alley of Forgotten Lore, a haven for those seeking knowledge and adventure in equal measure. Each twist and turn of the alleyway reveals a new collection of books, manuscripts, and tomes that have been collected from lost places all over the world. The air is thick with the musty scent of ancient parchment, and the dimly lit corridors are lined with small libraries, each with its own unique collection of forgotten knowledge. It's said that even the most obscure and arcane texts can be found hidden away within the Alley's labyrinthine depths. As one wise adventurer once quipped, "If you can't find it in the Alley of Forgotten Lore, it probably doesn't exist!" So come, brave scholar, and wander the Alley's twisting paths in search of forgotten knowledge and hidden truths. Just be sure to bring a map...and a healthy dose of curiosity.

This collaboration was such a treat!

I had an incredible opportunity to write a score for a Minecraft fantasy castle video.

This timelapse video is being created by a talented YouTuber named SixWings, who specializes in making Minecraft short films, showcases, tutorials, and timelapses.

This was yet another incredible collaboration we had this month.

The Reclusive Cartographer created an amazing animation of a Galley (or trireme), and both Michael and I were very happy to assist him in bringing this scene to life with the incredible ambience and my music.

My inspiration for this theme came from the Assassin's Creed Odyssey soundtrack. I used a selection of ancient, well...older, plucked and string instruments specifically tied to that era and setting. The same goes for the percussion instruments I used.
