Hello all. First growable residentail pack is now available. 8 assets + 8 mirrored ones. All share the same textures so be sure to use Loading Screen mod to save your RAM. Use Building Themes mod to create your own district. Download rar file, unrar and you will find 16 files in there. Copy all files to C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets. All assets are without trees, so decorate them as you like in the asset editor.
