EA - Crystal Springs Apartments (Patreon)

Hello all,

This pack is a bit out of Palm Beach Series. This time you have to go to Maryland. They are based on Crystal Springs Apartments from Aspen Hill. With Repaint mod you can change a color of the bricks. Most of those assets share the same textures so be sure to use Loading Screen mod to save your RAM. Download rar file, unrar and you will find 6 files in there. Copy all files to C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets.
