Dee becomes a Surrogate (Patreon)

I have always wanted to make an illustration inspired by Dee Reynolds from Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I always felt like there was alot of leeway or suggestions to get an idea off the ground. She was a surrogate before in the show so I kept it pretty simple with the addition of a pill called Maxiwomb. Maybe it will show up in other pieces as a gimmick for explaining huge pregnancies. 

I like the idea of her waddling around Paddy's Pub with this enormous baby bump protruding from her abdomen. While getting berated and teased by the guys. But also proving its a great idea and scam she is pulling so maybe they get in on the gig with her and help her become more pregnant with more babies and take it to an insane level.
