As you all know since my main channel got deleted that most of the videos are gone and I was stupid to leave the patreon early access mixes in the same channel as well .-. so that is gone too but..

I will work extra hard this month to make up for it, so expect at least 1 big mix ( not exclusive to patreon ) 1 or 2 early access mixes for patreon.
and some early access NEW never uploaded videos for early access on patreon.


Early access means I won't make the mixes/videos public immediately on youtube, they will stay unlisted and the link will be available to patrons only.

While I do very much enjoy all the content you're making, try to not overwork yourself Gytis. I've been around since 2016, and I can only speak for myself here, but I'll continue to support you even if you release nothing at all. My appreciation goes sky high for all the content I got to enjoy throughout the years xD.

I will try ;w; I was gonna gonna make a mix anyway but I think I need to do more than one this time :p I might get my channel back if youtube listens ... I got a reply from a person that striked me and they said they gonna contact youtube but no promises since youtube doesn't always listen -.-

I've been listening to your mixes for the past month or so, they help me a lot. The reason I just joined here is because YouTube is being such a d*ck. I want you to know that your mixes are appreciated! If you could re-upload them, that would be great. Especially the hardstyle/nightcore one, I could listen to that for hours (in fact I did.) I was reading a bit about copyright takedowns on YT and one part in this Insider article about the topic was revealing: "One of the main aspects of copyright law that allows YouTube to exist is Safe Harbor, where platforms like YouTube are not held responsible for copyrighted content uploaded by their users," he said. But because of this law, YouTube cannot step in and make decisions about these copyright claims because that would mean interpreting the law and ruling in favor of one party. That can only be done in a court of law. "YouTube cannot usurp the role of the courts, so they have to maintain impartiality," Swan said. "US Law states that DMCA Takedowns are solely to be resolved between the claimant and the creator of the content being claimed." That last sentence is key, as long as you can get anyone at YT to review your case the channel will be restored 100% since you resolved the claimant issue and thus the strike is null. Youtube at the end of the day doesn't care either way, they just don't want to get in legal trouble. It is good that the person the takedown came from is quickly trying to help, that should make things smoother.

I meant the January 2021, 3 hour mix, the nightcore version was my favorite mix ever! But you still have a local copy right? It's a recent mix after all. Could you upload it to Mega when you have a free minute? That would make my day :-)

You're lucky I still had the project, I don't have everything saved because my pc is a mess with how much I created xd sometimes I just forget and delete something :( but look for a mix called "Hardstyle mixx Final NC 167bpm" this should be the same mix that was on youtube, should be able to find it in the same mega folder as before https://mega.nz/folder/5QYB3CaT#PAXTgAfuOHxOazkw7MaEkQ

By the way, how is it going on the Youtube front? When you finally get access to your channel back, I can show you how to use "youtube-dl" to batch-download all the videos in original quality. Or I can do it for you and share the files on Mega. I know it's kind of "closing the barn door after the cows have gotten out," but I would suggest never storing stuff on a single company's cloud service, because they can terminate your account whenever they want. Every file of any importance should go into 2 different accounts, possibly on different companies, such as a google account (youtube, drive...), dropbox, mega, whatever.

It's not going well rn, the company that said they gonna contact youtube to remove strike instead they issued another strike so right now I don't know when I will get it back or if I ever get it back.
