Well, we've seen Simba diapered, Mufasa diapered. What about Scar, Kovu, or Kiara? For example, since Scar wanted to be the king so badly...why not have him getting pampered in every which way; thickly diapered, being bottlefed by unseen individual (or maybe by Zazu, Mufasa, or a hyena), all while laying safely in a crib or pram. :)
