Wanna know why the tattoo artist is smiling? Because the dog kept making the silliest lil dog noises. She is soft (don't tell her I said that), but her determination is much greater.

Fun fact: the tattoo she's getting (will be fully shown later) was designed and lovingly handcrafted by Thalomine, and the tattoo artist here is an oversimplified version of their sona, Marble. It's also a proof of concept for adding these sorta undefined (anon/YCH style) background characters for more varied interactions in future projects without having to spend weeks or months on single-use chars. :D
