So this is an update? That it cost 2.50 right? Does that mean by this time my card is charged those updates? Cuz I've not received any notification and I've set the max pledge thing at 1

That's right, this is one of the Update posts that trigger Patreon to register new pledges from patrons based on their pledge settings. If you set up a pledge limit of one right after last time, there should only be single $2.5 pledge for that one Update, and Patreon would've avoided registering new ones from you. Chances are Patreon has already successfully charged you for your pledge. Currently the plan is to start sending rewards some time in the next few days (as usual), so as a $2.5 tier patron make sure to keep an eye on your Patreon messages for the $2.5 reward of the Update you pledged for.
