I’m sorry , but I don understand how this coillector tier works, I’m registered to it , and I can not access the update packs.

Past Update's rewards are not accessible directly on Patreon, as they're always sent though email. Currently you can only get them my getting Coills on the Coillector tier. As a Coillector you'll get a Coill reward email early next month through email with further instructions on how to request Updates with your Coills. You'll get as many Coills as the sum of all your Coillector pledges though the month, so make sure you set up a max monthly pledge limit if needed.
