Bugfix: Crash when undoing the creation of the current macro.
Bugfix: Crash when deleting a lane or track inside a macro.
Bugfix: Crash when lane or track is deleted while playback is running.
Bugfix: Crash when Start block play button is pressed.
Bugfix: Crash when chord editor Mode selector is pressed.
Bugfix: Impossible to create new input buffers.
Bugfix: Duplicate modulation buttons get added when activating parameters.
Bugfix: Block browser item can display the incorrect waveform in certain corner cases.
Bugfix: Envelope points cannot be selected when zoomed in very far.
Bugfix: Visual glitch when zooming while hovering an envelope segment.
