Bugfix: Crash when hovering manipulation target picker over a Blink parameter slider.
Bugfix: While resizing a block, choke fadein/fadeout sections do not auto-shrink when they need to.
Bugfix: Choke envelope settings are not correctly loaded during certain operations, (e.g. "copy", "make unique").
Bugfix: Dynamic chord editor 'Clear' button doesn't update editor visuals.
Bugfix: Dynamic chord editor 'Clear' undo/redo action is incorrectly formatted.
Bugfix: Baked waveforms for effect/synth blocks don't update when zooming in and out.
Bugfix: Manipulator lane glitches out when manipulation target picker is active if the stored height is below a certain threshold.
Bugfix: Plugin selector tooltip says "Playback mode".
Bugfix: Track dragging is janky is some situations.
