This is the first look at the BETA test for 3.0 and an attempt to balance the level 200 version of World Difficulty by Lefein from level 1 to level 200. It's simple to make something that "works" for level 200, but it's a whole other beast to create something that is actually balanced correctly for every leveling bracket. This is where we are now.
