Three things today! First, one more comic from Argo - it's funny to imagine what the player's actions would look like, if you assume they're literal 1:1 events in the world. ^-^

Second, I have another book out! Since the comic already took the main slot, I'll put the cover here:

I tried something different for the Amazon algorithm, and it's too early to say if it worked, but it means that the ranking is still frozen at a low point. T-T With luck that will reverse and I'll build up momentum as usual. If you're following my books, please jump in to help out!

Third, some of you may have heard about Patreon's pledging problems, and some of you have been messaging me because you've been hit by them yourselves. This is all not great, and it did have a measurable impact on the bottom line this month, but since I don't use any exclusive tiers, hopefully there will be limited long term impact.

It does drive home the fact that no platform lasts forever, though. Patreon helped me launch my career and I hope to use it for a long time to come, but artists can't become complacent. In order to insulate myself from potential worst cast scenarios, I've done a number of things, including branching out in terms of income sources.

A more abstract action, however, will be trying to complete TLS to the best of my ability. If Patreon does go the way of the dodo, I'd want TLS to be remembered as a crazy RPG that could never have existed without it, an example of the good of the platform instead of an example for those who believe creators are grifters.

We're getting closer. There's a lot of work to go, but I look forward to finishing TLS and then spending more time making it the best game I can. ^-^

I love how it's *Robin* who's helping Simon drag that comb along. Robin, who might be the least physically adept member of the combat team. Not Hilstara or Aka, Robin.

Joker

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if Nalili still enjoyed being tied up like that.

Ashrun Pathis

This a good representation of the entire game. I always comb through an are 3-4 times in case an enemy was hidden behind pixels. Even in late game.
