We are taking our first pole!  Now that we are beginning to add more toys, we need a way to switch between them. All of our current ideas have pros and cons, so we thought we would let our community decide what’s best! Our first idea would be simply having a table in the room with all the objects on it. You could then teleport over to it, and pick up whatever item you want. Now this is the most immersive because it feels the most like real life. The second option would be taking advantage of the fact we are in VR. We could have a button you click and all the toys spawn in front of you. You could then pickup the one you want, and the rest would de-spawn. A third option is to have a button that spawns an item in your hand, and every time you hit a button it will rotate through the items. We think this method could work short term, but would get increasingly annoying as we add lots of items later on. We would love to hear any other ideas our community might have, so we could make it the best experience possible!

Guys I'm UI desiger and from UI I seen for now, the best is "Budget cuts" 'Cosmic trip" style of inventory, small quick access menu with few toys to fast pick ( user can choose them in diffrent menu, Table is cool and all but, traveling back and forth will be breaking immersion. If you want some advice or talk, ping me :)

We love “Budget Cuts” way of doing inventory, but we're worried that as we add more toys it will get very cluttered. We're also working to create a system that can navigate the inventory with only a single controller so we're daydream ready.

The toy table could simply rise from the floor kind of like in a theater. That would remove the need to travel back and forth to the table. The table would just rise up from the floor next to you and descend back into the floor when you're done.
