And I'm glad she was the winner because oh boy I had the idea already brewing in my mind.

Do you know about Team Four Stars? For those who don't, group of talented voice actors that went and made their now popular "Abrdiged" parody series, included to not limited to  "Dragon Ball Z: Abridged" and "Hellsing Ultimate: Abridged"

Well, in the last episode of said parody, they took the original up-skirt scene of Seras in the last episode and blurred it with a mosaic, and then made the funny text you see above. Which has lived rent free in my head since I saw it. And I wanted to, let's say, explore the limits of what can be done with the scenario!
