Not much to add, except reporting on my arm. It's a lot better now. Tuesday was pain day, and I've been recovering these past days. The masajist/therapist/painman knows his stuff.

It still hurts like hell and makes you sore for days. But thankfully, most of the constant pain is gone. I've got a second appointment this week too, he was not satisfied yet, says "it needs a bit more twist and shout"
